Lower Merion Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public record indexes, rolls, and directory collections relevant to Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with any public office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision that the FCRA regulates, including one involving credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance

Pennsylvania's Address Confidentiality Program is established at 23 Pa.C.S. §§6701 et seq.; its protections apply in the public-record settings the statute addresses.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
